Wherever you are based, the process is the same: apply online in 10 to 15 minutes, verify your identity at one of more than 370 participating Australia Post outlets nationwide, and ClientView lodges every ready application with AusCheck each business day.

While the MSIC itself is valid nationally, individual ports and terminals set their own local induction, access pass and vehicle requirements on top of the card. Always confirm local rules with the port or terminal operator before your first visit.
