ClientView is an MSIC issuing body authorised under Division 6.1A of the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Regulations 2003. That authorisation is granted by the Secretary of the Department of Home Affairs, it binds us to an MSIC plan the Secretary approves, and the Secretary can direct us to change that plan or revoke the authorisation altogether. Every application we lodge runs through the Australian Government's AusCheck facility, which is the same background check whichever issuing body you apply through.
