Short answer
The ClientView Corporate MSIC Package runs your entire MSIC programme from one secure portal, so MSIC administration stops landing on someone's desk. You get a private portal with a live register of every cardholder by site and cost centre, real-time application tracking, renewal reminders before cards lapse, audit-ready exports and consolidated billing, all at the lowest card rate in the industry. We onboard you in four stages, import your existing cardholders so nothing lapses, and support you with a dedicated account manager and quarterly compliance check-ins. If you manage more than a handful of cards, this is the track that removes the risk and the workload. Arrange a callback and we will scope it for your workforce.

Who the full package is for
The one-off bulk track suits a single intake of 3 to 50 workers with no system to set up (see one-off bulk applications). The full corporate package is for organisations that manage MSICs as an ongoing responsibility: a workforce that renews on a rolling basis, cards spread across several sites, contractors and labour hire moving in and out, and a compliance obligation that cannot be allowed to slip. If you are already tracking cards on spreadsheets and email, the corporate account usually pays for itself in time saved alone.
The Corporate MSIC Portal
The portal is a single, secure place to run applications, renewals, reporting and billing. It gives you:
- A live register of every current and past cardholder, each record showing card type, issue date and expiry date, linked to locations and business units.
- Real-time tracking. Start applications, upload documents and watch progress through to card production and dispatch.
- Renewal control. Proactive reminders and expiry monitoring so renewals are started and approved before any card lapses.
- Reporting by site, role or cost centre, with audit-ready exports you can download on demand.
- Consolidated billing. Invoices issued to the organisation and grouped by site, business unit or cost centre, aligned with your finance processes.
How we onboard you
Getting set up is a structured, four-stage process, not a software project for your team to run.
- Introductory discussion. We map how your workforce and sites are structured and build your private, secure MSIC portal.
- Staff training. A virtual session over Zoom or Teams, plus downloadable standard operating procedures, so your administrators are confident running the portal and, where you choose, verifying identity in-house.
- Go live. We bulk import your existing cardholders, configure auto-renew triggers and set up verifier logins. You start with a clean, low-risk database rather than a blank system.
- Ongoing support. A dedicated account manager, a direct support line rather than a ticket queue, and quarterly compliance check-ins. The result is zero downtime for critical staff and a clear, audit-ready trail.
In-house verifier training
Identity must be verified in person against original documents for every application (regulation 6.08BB). Many applicants do this at Australia Post, which charges a fee per verification. As part of corporate onboarding, ClientView trains nominated members of your team to verify identity in your own workplace. For an employer putting dozens of workers through each year, that removes the per-card verification fee, keeps the step on your site and your schedule, and sharply reduces rejected verifications because your trained verifier knows exactly which documents each worker must present.
Keeping every card current
An MSIC expires 2 or 4 years after the last day of the month in which the holder's background check was completed (regulation 6.08I), and every renewal needs a fresh AusCheck background check. Workers recruited together tend to expire together, so a wave of expiries can quietly become a wave of workers who cannot enter a maritime security zone unescorted. The portal surfaces upcoming expiries by site and role well ahead of time and lets you start renewals in bulk under a single consolidated invoice. You approve, we lodge. Our guide to renewing your MSIC covers the renewal steps in detail.
Moving your programme across from another issuing body
You are not locked in, and moving to ClientView does not disturb a single valid card, because the card belongs to the worker and stays valid until its own expiry. We bulk import your existing cardholders into your private portal, set renewal triggers so nothing lapses during the handover, and become the issuing body for every new application and renewal from that point on. Most switches are driven by price, responsiveness or the need for a proper portal instead of spreadsheets. See switching MSIC providers for how it works.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a one-off bulk application? A bulk application is a fast, spreadsheet-based lodgement for a single intake of 3 to 50 workers, with nothing to set up. The full corporate package is an ongoing managed service: a portal, renewal tracking, in-house verification, consolidated billing and a dedicated account manager.
Can we mix employees, contractors and labour hire in one programme? Yes. Every applicant faces the same identity, background check and operational need requirements, so all worker types are managed through a single portal.
Will moving to ClientView disrupt our current cards? No. Current valid cards stay valid because the card belongs to the worker. We import your cardholders and set renewal triggers so nothing lapses in the handover.
Who conducts the background check? AusCheck conducts the background check and the issuing body applies for it on the applicant's behalf (regulation 6.08BA). The Department of Home Affairs administers the MSIC scheme.
